We offer our prayers to Lord Ganesha to receive blessings of abundance and grace, so that we may begin our journey into astrology and move into the light. Lord Ganesha represents the power of the Supreme to removes obstacles and ensure victory and success to the seeker. He is the first son of Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati, and brother to Lord Subramanya. He is the epitome of knowledge and wisdom and helps one achieve the four Purusharthas or goals of human life - Dharma (righteousness), Artha (materiality), Kama (desires) and Moksha (liberation).

We offer our humble obedience and seek the blessings of Rishi Veda Vyasa who compiled all of the Vedas which contain knowledge of the universe. He is the great grandson of Sage Vashishta of the Saptarishis, and son of Maharishi Parashara, the author of Brihat Parashara Hora Shashtra, the foundational text on Astrology. Jaimini, a scholar of astrology was his disciple. Rishi Veda Vyasa is a form of Lord Vishnu.
Vedic Astrology is the Language of the Gods
Vedic Astrology is the light that guides the soul to its destiny. It is one of the Vedangas or auxiliary sciences of the Vedas, the foundational texts of ancient Indian philosophy that support the understanding of the Vedic texts. It is the study of the movement of planets to determine the impact of cosmic phenomenon on individuals and environment on Earth. It is the idea of the interconnectedness of the microcosm with the macrocosm, of divine will and cosmic order on human life. Through the movement of time and the position of planets in the sky, the individual soul is able to trace karmic blueprints from past lives and use this divine knowledge to extinguish undesirable past actions or karma. It is the ultimate life journey of achieving desires and goals that bring the Soul to a state of pure joy and bliss. It is in remembering that We are all One and are heading towards the same destination. This process of uncovering helps the Soul discover its true destiny.

Message from the Chairman
The last 700-800 years has witnessed great turmoil, religious conflicts, invasions and wars in the subcontinent of Bharat, leading to the disintegration of culture, tradition, knowledge, faith, belief, practices and rituals. India’s ancient astrological and scientific knowledge was destroyed through physical destruction, cultural erasure and academic suppression due to invasions. Just like Harvard and Stanford today, Taxila and Nalanda were the greatest universities of the 5th and 6th centuries that housed sacred texts containing knowledge of the universe that had been passed down the generations through Rishis, Saints, and Sages.
